Shipping

Our products are hand made with a lot of care - therefore it can takes us up to 5 business days to dispatch, though we try to lodge your items as fast as we can (i.e next day)!

If you've ordered a customised product or service, you'll find specific dispatch times on the products page.

Note: Please check that your shipping address is correct, especially if situated overseas. For returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge and your product's delivery will be heavily delayed.

We lodge our products with Australia Post to give our customers a high quality service, either domestic or international. Delivery times are following, stated by AusPost:

  • Domestic standard: 3 - 7 business days
  • Domestic express: 1 - 4 business days
  • International standard: 10 - 15 business days
  • International express: 7 - 12 business days

You will receive an email notification once your order is on it's way to you, which will include your tracking number.

Due to the heavy nature of our products, shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout.

Additionally, an order qualifies for free shipping over:

  • $120AUD in Australia
  • $200AUD international.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on orders. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find the best solution — which may include covering return shipping costs or sending a replacement item.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect choices or change of mind.

If you cancel your order before we dispatch it, we will give you a store credit to the same amount.

Wholesale

At Amavasya, each of our creations is thoughtfully handmade, and made to order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, wholesale orders are guaranteed to ship within 7–12 working days from the date your order is confirmed, and payment is received.
Please note:

  • Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but we are committed to meeting the 7–12 working day window.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you have a specific deadline or need your order expedited, feel free to contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
